Tumeric Latte



Ingredients:
- 350ml of Almond milk (Or milk of your choice)
- ¼ tsp of ground turmeric,
- ¼ tsp of ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp of ground ginger,
- ½ tsp of vanilla extract
- 1sp maple syrup.
- Black pepper.

Equipment:
- Mug,
- Pan,
- Whisk

Today’s breakfast idea is simply a little concoction to add and spice up your breakfast meal; this can be done at any time, so please don’t hold it to the morning hours.
I don’t think I need to say this but I shall anyway; just having this latte alone for breakfast is not ideal so please refrain from doing this. That being said, if you do struggle with food in the morning whether it is because you’re busy or struggle with an eating disorder, knows that my inbox is open for you. You are completely safe when conversing with me.

Simply pour the milk into a pan, on a low heat (This is a must to avoid burning the milk), add your ingredients whilst stirring consistently. (Please do not leave un-attended!)
When it is at your ideal temperature, pour into a mug and add some turmeric sprinkles on top!

All the ingredients suggested above are vegan and vegetarian friendly, as mentioned, feel free to switch up the milk to your own preference but be warned that the boiling time may increase or decrease due to the fat content in the milk!
