Poached eggs on toast are definitely the easiest way to go! You can make them for breakfast, lunch or even supper and they are suitable for any age!
When poaching eggs, it’s vital that not only should the pan be deep enough to hold the eggs so they don’t stick together but the temperature of the water must be right so that they don’t split.
To ensure the best-poached egg, you want the water to roughly be between 160 – 180f (71-82c).
If you haven’t got the knack of doing poached eggs, don’t worry, here is a link to a recipe explaining perfectly: https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/videos/techniques/how-poach-egg

The best thing about poached eggs is even when they’re cool, they still taste delicious, so if you need a little more cooking time, it’s fine!

Simply make your poached egg first before turning on your grill and toasting your bread to your preference. Then to add some additional flavour: season with salt, pepper and a sprinkle of coriander.

Enjoy!
