Tropical Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
- 50g rolled porridge oats.
- 20g coconut yoghurt
- 2 sliced kiwi’s
- 1 passion fruit
- half a teaspoon mixed seeds

Equipment:
- Jug/bowl

Overnight oats are probably one of the most raved about breakfast meals in the fitness industry. They’re nutritious, easy and can be taken anywhere.
They’re also vegetarian, vegan and plant-based friendly and barely takes 10 minutes to make. (You don’t even have to cook anything!)

The night before, simply soak your oats in 150ml of water with a pinch of salt and cover before putting them in the fridge and letting them chill overnight.
Then in the morning, spoon half the oats into a bowl or kilner jar, put on the slices of kiwi’s, the pulp of the passion fruit as well as the rest of the oats and then top with the mixed seeds.

If you don’t like some of the ingredients mentioned, don’t worry! Simply replace with your own personal preference! Feel free to experiment with multiple fruits, different types of yoghurts and seeds!

Enjoy!
