Avocado On Toast

Ingredients.
- 1 avocado (scooped out)
- 2 slices of bread (wholegrain is best but please choose any that you wish)
- A teaspoon of seasoning
- A sprinkle of cumin.
- A pinch of salt.

Equipment
- Just a plate to catch all those loose crumbs.

The fun thing about toast is that it can be an endlessly satisfying meal; the topping can be changed to your hearts extent, there’s jam, nutella, butter, peanut butter, banana, apple and even more.
What’s also fun is that you can happily lay on the toppings as well, meaning you can amp up the nutritional value.
After laying on the avocado, feel free to add any vegetable (it can be cooked) and drizzle a sauce on top.

To ensure you get the best taste out of your avocado’s, make sure they are ripe (but not overly ripe) If the avocado has any bruised bits, feel free to scoop those out and throw them away.
A good tip is after scooping out your avocado, mash it separately and not on the toast (not to mention doing this may result in ripping your bread!) Place it into a bowl and have at it with a fork, to then take sprinkle on your pinch of salt.
Simply turn on your grill, toast to your personal preference, place on the avocado, sprinkle with cumin and add some seeds (again personal preference).

It is very simple and not over complicated, so I can guarantee you no faults can occur (I hope!)

Please enjoy!
