Strawberry Goddess Smoothie


Ingredients:
- 160g ripe strawberries
- 160g Baby Spinach
- 1 avocado
- 150ml bio yoghurt (or your personal preference)
- 2 small oranges

Equipment:
- Nutri-bullet/Blender

If you aren’t into smoothies…you really should be. Or hopefully you are about to be.
This smoothie is completely vegan friendly as well as plant based friendly.
I ask that if you do try this, please don’t substitute it for a meal; simply add to a meal or have it is a treat throughout your day.
Not only are smoothies tasty but they are also a quick fun way to get in all the nutrients your body needs; this drink in particular is full of vitamin C, calcium folate and fibre.
There is no way off getting this recipe wrong (seriously), so don’t fear if you have never tried a smoothie or attempted to make one.
Simply locate your blender, pour in all the ingredients (order doesn’t matter) and give it a whiz.
If the consistency is too thick, simply add water and whizz again. However if you want it to feel a little more fancy, it’s perfect for a hot day and adding ice to the mix, can add a taste of freshness to it!
