Fruit & Yoghurt.

Ingredients
- 200ml of Greek yoghurt (or your personal preference)
- Home made Granola (Or shop bought)
- Fresh Fruit
- Nuts.

Equipment
- Bowl & Spoon.

This meal idea is a personal favourite of mine as, not only is it something simple but it can be used for breakfast, dessert or a snack.
Another great perk is that you can switch up any of the ingredients if your boredom starts to take a hold, making it endlessly interesting.
You can have as much as you like or as little and its a tasty treat for the kids and toddlers too.

If you really want to amplify your taste buds and include more of your 5 a day, feel free to make any smoothie of your choice, just simply add it after the yoghurt!
Simply place the yoghurt first, put in the fruit (I personally love strawberries and grapes), add some sweet syrup, (maple or rice will suffice) and finish with a sprinkle of nuts.
As always, if you need to purchase any of these items, double check the label of ingredients to ensure no allergies slip under the radar.
