Melon & Crunch Bran Pots.



Ingredients:
100g (or 200g) melon,
150g fat free yoghurt,
2 tsp fruit & fibre cereal (or your own preference)
1 tsp mixed seed
1 tsp honey.

Equipment:
Jar/bowl/kilner jars

(This particular recipe is suitable for Vegetarians.)

This little meal can be used as midday snack or dessert and it takes no time at all (probably 10 minutes or less); feel free to change the fruit to grapes, apples, strawberries or blueberries! Even go as far as adding multiple fruit to amplify the deliciousness.
You can do this if you’re working at home or you can prep over night ready for the morning, or even make it on the day you plan to eat it!

Simply start with the fruit at the bottom, add a generous amount of yoghurt, pile in the cereal to then top off with seeds and the honey.
If you want to make this vegan, change up the yoghurt, to either almond or hemp and Kellogg’s have fruit n’ fibre which is animal friendly.

This meal is also ideal for amplifying the taste buds for the little ones but please be cautious of the seeds and feel free to remove if you don’t feel confident using them!
